Viticulture Practicing Biodynamic (uncertified) application of principles of agroforestry on some parcels, favoring biodiversity and soil revitalisation, limiting impacts of global warming.

Young winemakers Amélie & Alexandre Desanges-Guilin, trained sommeliers, left their wine bar in Clermont Ferrand to settle as winegrowers in Vensat in 2018 to found the Les Ussels estate there and make natural wine in Auvergne. In a family building they build their cellar, and in addition to the vines, with the desire to create a polyculture farm, they raise animals (chickens, donkeys, sheep, etc.) and have several plantations. Constantly experimenting and pushing viticultural boundaries, there's a lot to learn from this dynamic duo.
