Delivery & Collection

General Delivery Conditions

  • All orders are collected and shipped twice weekly on Wednesday and Fridays.  

  • Our delivery options are as follows:

Utrecht

Same Day Local Delivery (Peddler): 2.95 EUR / Free on orders over 80 EUR

  • Applies to orders delivered within Utrecht at the postal codes (see below).

  • Order by 16:00 to receive your purchase the same day.

  • Orders received after 16:00 will be sent the following day.

  • Deliveries are made via our courier partners between 15:00-19:00, Monday to Saturday

  • Please note, purchases made after 14:00 will be sent the next working day

  • Local delivery applies to the following postal codes within Utrecht:

Your package will be delivered in the time period specified by you. You can follow the status of the delivery via the Track & Trace link that you will receive by email.

Same-Day Local Delivery with Peddler: 2,95 EUR / Free on orders over 80 EUR

  • Order by 17:00 Wednesday-Saturday and 15:00 Sunday to receive your purchase the same day
  • Please note purchases made after the cut-off will be sent the next working day.
  • Your package will be delivered in the time period specified by you. You can follow the status of the delivery via the Track & Trace link that you will receive by email.

  • Delivery between 9:00-17:00, Tuesday to Saturday

  • Please note, any webshop orders made after 16h on Friday evening will not arrive until Tuesday of the following week.

Collection: Free

  • All orders can be collected from the shop at the cave (Kintgenshaven 1) in Utrecht, during regular opening hours. Please allow us at least 1 hour to arrange your order. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

  • Orders made after 19h will be ready for the collection the next working day.

Netherlands

Standard PostNL Next Day: 8 EUR / Free on orders over 175 EUR

  • Order by 16:00 to receive your purchase next business day

  • Delivery between 9:00-17:00, Tuesday to Saturday

  • Please note, any web orders made after 16h on Friday evening will not arrive until Tuesday of the following week.

    Europe

    Standard EU Delivery: 21,50 EUR (1-6 bottles) / 29,50 EUR (7-12 bottles)

    • Order by 16:00 to receive your purchase within 2-3 business days

    • Delivery between 9:00-17:00, Monday to Saturday

    • Please note, purchases made after 16:00 on Friday and during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.

    • We do not guarantee a time of arrival for parcels sent within Europe nor do we assume costs for damage in transit.
