Collection: Henri Chauvet Mixed Cases

Henri Chauvet, the winemaker based in Boudes in Auvergne. After leaving his job in banks and insurance, he passed his BTS viti-oeno and trained alongside Jérôme Bressy in Rasteau, then with the legendary Thierry Allemand in Cornas. He fell in love with the area and purchased 10 very beautiful hectares of Gamay, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on steep slopes south of Clermont-Ferrand.
