Collection: Jean-Jacques Morel

Jean-Jacques and his family left Paris to raise their children in Saint-Aubin, Burgundy, around the family vineyard in 2000. Both an artist, philosopher and winemaker, Jean-Jacques approaches the cultivation of his vines with total respect for nature and rejects the industrial practices of his neighbors. Minimal interference with the natural growth of the vine, minimal yields and the absence of additives during fermentation or aging allow Jean-Jacques to produce a surprisingly pure range of transparent natural Burgundy terroirs red and reds, which are practically unknown only because the production is so small. The man will tell you that he adds nothing to his wines, but modestly refutes a deep thinking approach to growing and making wine.
