A plot located at an altitude of 330 meters on a pink granite terroir . Vinification: 50% carbonic maceration and 50% semi-carbonic maceration + addition of press juice. Notes of small red fruits on the nose. In the mouth, remarkable delicacy and beautiful fluidity.
