About the wine

The macération des Salines cuvée is produced in collaboration with Eric Pfifferling , from Domaine de l'Anglore located in the Rhône valley, in Tavel . It is made from Vermentino harvested and sorted manually at aromatic maturity. The grapes are put into direct pressing and the vinification then the ageing takes place in a 220 liter stoneware egg. Ripe and floral with notes of green almond and ripe pear. This version de-stemmed and vinified in whole berries for 3 weeks.
